One month into the GC Angels investment readiness accelerator for underrepresented founders - the cohort are introduced to the wider GC business support ecosystem.
The morning session was delivered by our Head of Equity Investment - Marc Shirman - who took a deep dive into all the critical areas that investors expect founders to have detailed information on - mkt sizing, GTM strategy, team formation and exit strategy - before connecting those areas with insights on commercial metrics such as churn, CAC, LTV, NRR, burn rates and payback periods as well as fund metrics to explain ROI expectations.
Those are the REAL areas that actually shape how investors judge the data provided to them by founders. Without understanding these areas getting investment is going to be very difficult.
In the afternoon session the cohort had the privilege of hearing from a selection of the finest commercial minds in The Growth Company.
